Plentiful fruit- plums and apples in the orchard now that it is netted- only the chickens can eat the fruit that falls! The two fig trees- in hidden valley and at the forgotten spring are yielding so many that even the native birds leave us buckets of fruit!

Roxy and Merlin are the proud parents of 8 puppies- born on the first day of February and their eyes are only just beginning to open. With 7 boys and 1 girl, the peaceful sleeping and drinking tummies full of milk may just change and they will start to move about and play!
